The last club night of the winter season. Rhian Ebrey: Diversity, Equality & Inclusion in Paragliding: what's all this woke about? We're all aware that the paragliding community isn't very diverse. In this talk, I'll lay out why that is, why equality isn't equal, why we should do something about it, and how we might achieve it.
