DHPC Film and Photo Competition- January 9th 2020
DHPC annual Film and Photo Competition.
This annual event is one of my favourite nights of the year, but it does require film entries to make it! So start trawling through all that Gopro footage. We want to see your exploits on the big screen. Films can be anything and it doesn’t just have to be about flying. Last year’s winner even went onto showing his film at Kendal Film festival! Well done Alastair.
Don’t let this put you off though, we all love watching different peoples regardless for their quality, we just want to see your flights and adventures. The more films we have the better the evening is.
The DEADLINE for getting your film into me is the 5thof January 2020.
This year, I am trying to organise a photo competition which runs alongside the film competition. As we’ve had hints and tips from a pro (Thanks Harry Bloxham!) I’m expecting big things. The format will be slightly different, entries will need to be in before Christmas and the winners will be announced at the Film night. If we get enough photos of high enough quality I aim to put together a 2020 calendar of the best 12 photos for people to be able to purchase.
