Resumption of Flying
The Government amended the COVID regulations yesterday. As a result the BHPA has updated its guidance and pilots are free to resume flying throughout the Dales from 8 Mar 21. Please maintain social distancing and comply with other COVID-19 restrictions. Any sites where the landowner has specifically requested that we do not fly will be marked as closed on the website.
We're all very excited about the prospect of getting back into the air, but please don't let your enthusiasm outweigh your sense of caution. The safest way to regain your confidence and currency is to fly in benign conditions. Take your time and beware Spring thermals!
